when we arrived at the hotel we were given a warm welcome and was checked in very efficiently. The rooms have been upgraded and are very nice. The food is plentiful and here is always something for everybody even fussy people like myself. Entertainment is good kids had a great time joining in with the dances and also enjoyed the kids club. Drinks are great especially the cocktals. This is our third time here and it never disappoints us. Look forward to next year.

Generally very happy with my holiday stay, I would most recommend this place. Great meals (besides bfast), welcoming staff, location a bit away from the beach (15 min walk), which is nice after a big meal to burn it off! On the plus.... -Very good size apartments -Great quality food ( Lunch and Dinner) -Welcoming staff -Activities throughout he day (water polo, archery, ect.) -Never had to fight for sunbeds On the minus.. -Breakfast poor quality (eggs were nasty) -Poor evening entertainment (too late) -Location of the hotel quite far from the beach BUT there is a shuttle service, AND you can easily walk there in 15 minutes. I would recommend anyone to go to this hotel as it was a lovely stay and really good for the price !

Hotel OK

Hotel was OK but the entertainment was a bit poor. Also, if you didn't get up before 9 you had no chance of a sunbed. The rush to get a sunbed was a bit farcical tbh.

A great family oriented hotel!

We stayed for 6 nights and couldn't fault anything! The staff were really friendly; we were greeted personally by the manager as we walked through the door! The food was delicious and plentiful and the restaurant had a different theme each night; Chinese, Spanish, Mexican, BBQ and even roast dinner on Sunday. The room was clean and we had plenty of space. Our only problem was that the pool wasn't heated, but it didn't stop my youngest jumping in the pool!

great place to stay!

We had a fantastic stay. The staff are great. The all inclusive food and drink is amazing. The pool is great for the kids and the animation team work really hard. You can walk to La Pineda, Salou (if you are fit) or to a sandy cove at Cala Crancs. We can't wait to go back!

found this hotel ideal for families with young children,not much to do for teenagers.Hotel reception staff were lovely but could brush up on there english.Food was lovely something different everyday.Bus stops right outside the hotel which was very confinent as we had 2 young children with us.Entertainment staff were great Molly,Jack,Frankie all great the kids loved them and we had great fun with them.All in all this hotel was very pleasant and would stay again
