"Room was very spacious, it would have been nice to have an extra armchair. Bed was comfortable. Lots of good towels. Didn't like not having tv channels to watch, we couldn't stream from our phones."

"Convenient for the city. Bathroom toilet seat dirty on our arrival . Breakfast cold, waitress kindly agreed to heat it up in the microwave and it it was returned with along black hair on it"

"Decent size room, friendly staff, and very good location for getting to Southampton port, but there were a few issues. Room was clean for the most part but very dusty and a few mysterious stains on the headboard and chairs. Bed was pretty hard and uncomfortable. Room was very hot - they provide air con but it only stays on for an hour before defaulting back to 25C meaning we had to keep setting it again in the night. The glass door to the bathroom is a bit weird - would not recommend if you are not very comfortable with person you are sharing a room with. Good amount of parking however don’t be lured into the more expensive room rate that includes parking if you stay at the weekend as parking is free then! We picked this hotel in part due to the presence of electric car charging, however all were either in use or broken so sadly we had to charge elsewhere."

"Perfect location and a comfortable room with an excellent shower. Breakfast was lovely with a good variety of options, although it was a little unusual that it was served in the reception area. What let the hotel down, however, were the check-in and check-out arrangements. A 4pm check-in feels unnecessarily late, although we were at least able to leave our bags beforehand. More disappointing was that after checking out at 11am, we were told we couldn’t store our luggage because they had “run out of space.” Unfortunately, this completely disrupted our final day in Bath so decided to cut our trip short and catch an earlier train home."
