"Villa Sabolini was an amazing place to stay in the heart of Tuscany and extremely close to many wineries in the Chianti region. The villa itself and the room we stay in was very large and very suitable for us travelling with a child. It was clean and offered a great view of the courtyard and views were f the rolling Tuscan hills. The restaurant as well on the site was amazing, we went there both nights during our stay and the food and service was unquestionable. Definitely try the Bistecca Fiorentina. We would definitely love the return to the villa and explore more of the Tuscan wine regions. "

"A wonderful location. Room was good, it was furnished quite basically and the concrete floor was cold. Bed was hard and very comfortable. The restaurant was outside/under shade sails, which was lovely (except when it rained during dinner. They do have an indoor restaurant area too). We didn't use the pool, but it was popular with others. They offer a courtesy minibus down to San Gimignano a few times a day, which was really helpful. The two car parks were spacious. The breakfast had a nice selection of European foods. We had dinner in their restaurant, which was tasty. The chicken pate was excellent!"

"Our stay at Castelfalfi was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the property’s breathtaking beauty was immediately evident. The views of the rolling Tuscan hills from the Olivo Restaurant and the spa pools are absolutely unparalleled – it’s a scene straight out of a dream. I had the privilege of proposing to my girlfriend here, and it was truly magical. The setting was perfect, and the staff made it even more special. Benjamin, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. His hospitality made all the difference. I can’t recommend this place enough. We indulged in a wine tasting, which was an incredible experience. The tour of the facilities was informative, and we even had the opportunity to taste some of their finest wines in their beautiful underground cellar. Every glass was a testament to the quality and care they put into their production. Dinner at the property was equally impressive. The Bistecca alla Fiorentina was cooked to perfection—juicy, tender, and full of flavor. It was a highlight of our trip. During our stay, we also had the chance to explore the charming town nearby, where we enjoyed coffee, gelato, and pizza while soaking in the stunning views. The spa experience was a major highlight. The massage was incredibly relaxing, and the spa’s serene atmosphere was the perfect complement to the natural beauty surrounding us. The pool area was pristine, offering a peaceful oasis to unwind "

The check-in process was flawless and very detailed, the grounds are stunning and the rooms are traditional yet it feels modern. Everything was clean and well kept. Opportunity to improve on reception’s English and not profiting from guests on Taxis rip off, if booking from the hotel. "
