"Our stay at Hotel Aarav Grand was very pleasant. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was spacious with comfortable large beds. We left a beloved teddy bear behind and the owner has posted it on to our hotel in Delhi for us. One recommendation I would have is to add a breakfast menu to their room service. "

"I would not consider this a vip hotel. It smell bad and was gross. I saw bed begs and roach on two different days crawling in the day time. Must be some infestation. First time I have experience roaches and bed begs in a hotel. The photos on Expedia and Google are either from when the hotel was brand new or it was photoshop. The place was gross. I was hoping it was decent enough for me to stay a few more days but I could not do it. I couldn't get out they fast enough. People that wrote good reviews on the hotel must had gotten paid. This would be a zero for me if it was not for the staff. Great helpful staff. They did offer house keeping daily and ensure you had water or whatever ever you need. I try not to write bad reviews. I perfer not wrte at all. Some of these plase work so hard to make a living. This was that trouble for me and its not fair to other who are looking for a budget hotel that is decent. I do not recommend this hotel at all. I cannot believe it a Expedia VIP. #Expedia need to do a spot check in them. Very gross. It's for sure priced to high. Not worth it. 😕 On a very positive note. The driver that picked me up from the train station was stellar. 5 stars for him."

"Hotel is near krishn janmbhoomi mandir and there is auto stand nearby so easy to get autos. Hotel was clean, staff was helpfull. They don’t have electric kettle for you to make tea in room. They have room service to provide tea, or dinner as a paid service."

"Incredibly kind and helpful host! It's always a worry when a little one gets sick, especially away from home, so it's truly wonderful that our host (Mrs. Sweta) was there with a home remedy that worked so quickly. What a relief that my daughter recovered overnight and we could all enjoy our trip as planned! And to top it all off, the food was amazing too. We had a very memorable experience with hosts. 😊"
