We stayed here for a football match, the hotel is perfect location for this, the tram makes it easy to travel around. We had to ask reception for extra pillows, also make sure you take your own kettle. Down side only two plugs. Great price for 3 adults needing a room.
Didn’t make me aware before hand that the car park was an extra charge and I had a tram line a few meters from my window which woke me up very early at regular intervals.
Without the tram the experience would have been greatly improved

Very clean, reasonable price just wanted somewhere for overnight stay. Didn’t like washbasin open to the room it was ok this time as was alone but sometimes share with a friend and lack of privacy would be an issue.

The location is great, staff are great but the beds are rock hard. Hard to get a good night sleep cause it’s like sleeping on a plunk.

I did not like the fact that the breakfast I payed for was so light not eggs or other souces of proteins.
Also the checking in until 3pm is ridiculous considering the checkout is required at 12 am and adding insult to injury asking for a 10 pound fee for accessing your room at 1.
Best were the bath towels Large, Soft and clean.
Big plus was that Housekeeping cleaned room after 1300hrs so had time to start day in a relaxed manner
The hotel was clean and tidy . Upon arriving i had a problem paid . As didnt know it was card only . And forgot my credit card . Team leader lady was very rude unhelpful and fobbed me off till i saw manager and sorred ot in 30 mins

Basic but fine
No amenities in room but a wider selection of things to buy in reception than most uk hotels. Basic breakfast but free. Location good for metro link.
Arrival was fine. The beds were so uncomfortable, the window wouldn’t close so thank ful for the warm aircon!
Me and my friends were getting dressed the next day with still 4 hours to go till check out and the reception had assigned 3 men access to our room. In which they’ve walked in while we were getting changed! This is disgusting and frankly very very dangerous. We are all a little traumatised and shocked that someone would re check people into our room when you can’t check in till 3 anyways?
Also the price we were quoted was shocking for the worst nights sleep ever
Room was perfectly functional!
Clean and safe. Made great use of the space with the toilet, shower and bunkbed. Room had heating which warmed up quickly and several lighting options.
TV didnt have many channels but wasnt a necessity.
The bed was clean and warm.
All in all i thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would reccomend an ibis budget in the future.
