Enjoyed our stay

Great location nice clean room the bed was comfortable. Buffet breakfast was very nice with lots of options. Staff was friendly and welcoming would stay again.

We had five star treatment throughout our stay. We went for a bday weekend for my bday and the staff had decorated my room with balloons and lovely messages on the mirrors as well as giving us a personalised postcard and a voucher for complimentary drinks. Service was always with a smile. Breakfast was lovely with an option to choose from a specials board. Our room was a little dated with only one socket available for using our chargers and hair iron. But otherwise clean with a comfy bed. The toilet was too close to the wall (legs and elbows would touch the wall). Free parking was a bonus but it is a 30min walk to the town. Five minute drive to media city and football ground.

Friendly at checkin and checkout Room was fresh and clean Bed was very comfortable Our only gripe is the shower temperature fluctuated sooo much, one minute burning hot next minute freezing cold, despite the valve having temps marked on it, dont know what was up with that.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel has easy parking included and is a short cab ride into the centre or can be walked. Room was okay, not huge but did the job. Very good breakfast.
