The room was in a terrible condition with marks all over the walls, broken picture frames, stained sofa cushions, a window that was locked open, mould in the kitchen and bathroom, and a collapsed bed! There were no staff on hand to deal with our issues and Hotels.com could not reach them via their contact details either. We left the night we arrived and the hotel refused to issue a refund and kept our security deposit. Stay well away from this hotel!

Needs some love
This place needs some love.
- Bed was the worst I've ever slept on, mattress almost needn't have been there, could feel the failing springs and divan underneath
- TV Remote missing from room, no replacement worked
- damage to carpet
- handle missing from cupboard
- no information supplied in room, had to chase for everything eg wifi password, check out time, breakfast arrangements (unavailable when I requested)
- I spent the first hour of my arrival trying to get

Horrible service from check in ! Once eventually got our room the list goes on.
Not clean.
No TOWELS !
One small shower gel.
No tissues.
good luck getting hold of anyone to sort this out for you.
Its more of lads pad for messy night out. Wouldn’t recommend it for anything else

The property looked better outside than it did from inside. As soon as we got into the apartment, we were welcomed by an unpleasant smell. The floor was visibly dirty and we were provided with plates and cutlery for 2 when we booked the apartment for 4 people. The French doors leading to the balcony were broken and couldn't be locked and we were staying with 2 little kids. It was visible that the entire apartment was not cleaned thoroughly. When I went to complain at the reception we were offered a different apartment which was not that much better. I did appreciate them offering an alternative but I wouldn't be staying at their apartments ever again

More Disappointment than Dream
Poor customer service. Inadequate utensils, crockery, cutlery for two people staying overnight - when I informed reception nothing was done about it. The apartment was scruffy. The shower plughole was blocked with hair and crud. No idea when it was last cleaned.
Would not stay again.

Had booked a room with a balcony but that didn't happen. Lights in living room had 2 broken light bulbs, only 1 toilet roll. I was not told till check out that my deposit of £100 would not be returned for 5 working days and that is not really acceptable at this time

DO NOT STAY HERE!
After waiting an hour to check in my fiancé and I paid £30 for underground parking and then waited 30 minutes for the guard to open the gates. Nobody knew what was going on and the communication was horrendous. We were running late so just dumped our bags and left. We got back early hours of Sunday morning and fell into bed. We woke around lunchtime on Sunday, my fiancé got out of bed and he had a condom stuck to his leg!!! We were appalled and shocked! We pulled back the duvet to find loads of thick black hair in the bed and stains! We immediately rang reception, no one answered all day and there were no staff to help us! There was thick black hair on our towels and in the shower! We stripped the bed and had to sleep on the mattress for our second night, luckily we had our own towels! We left early on Monday morning, again we got stuck in the underground car park for 30 minutes as the security guard was on his phone down the street! We finally found someone to talk to and they were disgusted and very apologetic. I am currently trying to get my money and deposit back but I am prepared to go to environmental health and trading standards if I am not refunded!
