Il monolocale - situato in un'ottima posizione sul lungomare della città - è ristrutturato di recente ed è dotato di tutti i confort necessari: wi-fi, cucina attrezzata, macchina lava panni, macchina per caffè espresso. Le finestre, però, affacciano tutte all'interno, per cui la struttura risulta priva di luce naturale e quindi un po' opprimente.
