It's a working farm and a pleasure to get to stay. The dinner was 5 star. The breakfast was also excellent. Vale was so helpful. Our water heater went out and it was fixed by the time we got back from touring. Had the best pizza of our trip at a restaurant in the nearby town. Handy to the ferries at Salerno and the ruins at paestum.

This hotel is actually a working farm, so a place with a difference, courtyard of fruit trees, for example. Dinners are excellent, as are their wines. Management and staff are exceptionally nice and a couple of problems I had were resolved in no time. I hope to stay there again on my way back from Calabria.

An unexpected gem

Honestly, I booked this hotel for the cheap price and locality to my relatives. I didn't expect to love it, but I did. It is totally charming, bursting with history and character and provides all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. We arrived at 7pm, greeted by the most beautiful and friendly dog; my infant daughter had not yet eaten, but the staff were happy to arrange for some pasta to be made for her, plus a bottle if the lovely wine made on site for me and my mum, despite the kitchen being closed. Breakfast (buffet) was varied, fresh and delicious. We only expected it to be a place to rest our heads, but found ourselves freeing up time to enjoy the lovely grounds. Looking forward to returning during the warmer months when we can make use of the lovely pool!

Excellent stay at a lovely farmhouse .

Had a great stay at La Morella. Very quiet setting and easy access to the autoroute from where we could get quickly to the Amalfi Coast, Pompeii, etc. Hosts were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was excellent. And don't forget to try their wine. We bought a case to bring home !
