Daniel a été un hôte exceptionnel , il nous a accueilli lors de notre arrivée. Il nous a conseiller sur la ville. Il s’est bien occuper de nous lors du petit déjeuner. Nous recommandons cet B&B.

B&B Faro is an excellent place to stay when visiting Salerno and the Amalfi coast! Daniele is a great host who knows the area well. The breakfast is very nice and the rooms are clean and tidy.

No parking, host made us uncomfortable

No parking. The host, Danielle, was overbearing and inhospitable. He scolded my mom because we ate a snack in the kitchen (apparently the kitchen is only to be used at breakfast?). When I pointed out that he lists this place as having a "shared kitchen", he stumbled a bit and changed his mind. Then he changed it back again. He gave us a shelf in the fridge (for food we weren't supposed to eat there I guess?), and his fridge leaked all over it, leaving it soaking wet. Then he got mad at us because the ink from the pizza box transferred to his fridge. I chose this place because it said it had parking, and we were renting a car. What "valet parking" means is Danielle will text you multiple times leading up to your arrival to find our your exact arrival time, so he can be there to "help" you find street parking. It's located on a very busy, narrow, street with cars parked on both sides. Surrounding area is dirty and crowded. After long days of traveling we had to drive in circles searching for parking spots. Usually we ended up in a paid lot a few blocks away (if we were lucky enough to find a free spot there). This b&b is on the 6th floor of an apartment building. The elevator fits two people, maybe three if you really squeeze. The door to get in and out of the place has an old, finicky lock, which is a fire hazard. The room we stayed in unlocks from the inside only if you have the key (another fire hazard). We were only given one set of keys for three people.

We stayed for two nights in a triple room. The room was very spacious and clean. The owner Daniel is super nice. He was incredibly accommodating and made sure that all my needs were met. Breakfast was provided every morning with lots of options. I highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a peaceful stay while in Salerno.

It was very nice experience and we enjoyed a lot while our stay in B&B II Faro. Service was fantastic and the host was super friendly. Helped with Tourist activities and guided us well. Breakfast was super nice and ofcourse the service was really good. Location is near to the Salerno station and the shopping centre. Will surely recommend the others. Thanks

The host for our stay was incredible! He was extremely kind and responsive to all of our needs and on top of that was very knowledgeable about the area and had great recommendations for what to do/see and when. Overall we had an excellent experience and would strongly recommend this stay.

Really nice place. The owner is there every morning for the breakfast and he is giving good trip advise. Food market place around the corner. Note: ensure to advise 5 minutes before arrival to ensure the owner is there. Thanks again for that nice time

I highly recommend the is property for a number of reasons. First of all Danielle is a fabulous host, friendly, personable, caring, and kind. He goes out of his way to make your trip a memorable experience. We showed up early and gave him little notice that we would be arriving and he rushed to great us and check us in early. He also gave us fabulous recommendations on where to eat during our stay. The location is quiet and located within walking distance to town, buses, trains and restaurants. I really cannot say enough good things about this property for our stay. Although the rooms are not extremely large it is extremely clean and comfortable. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our stay one of the best experiences of our trip!

Perfect Place to Stay in Salerno

Loved the room, the cleanliness, the breakfast and especially the wonderful host, Michele. It was quiet and close enough to walk to town, the port and the train station. An added plus was the balcony. Hated to leave.

Would not recommend

Overall it could have been worse, but I would not recommend to other travelers. For the price they charge, just stay in one of the smaller towns on the amalfi coast like Maiori. The bathroom was newly renovated, but there were ants and small drain flies we had to kill every morning. Pillows were ripped and there were cobwebs in the ceiling light fixture to name a few issues.
