"maybe it's the American in me, but a hotel that does not offer, hair conditioner, tissues, body lotion & a functioning bathroom door is just a NO. Furthermore, the bathroom door is glass, which lets in all the light from outside, so when you're in the sleeping area, the room darkening shades become null & void bc of the light streaming in from the bathroom. The hotel asks for a deposit for pool towels?! I am currently in a boutique hotel in Ronda & the pool towels are waiting for me in the bathroom. Would NOT return, cannot recommend."

"The hotel was perfectly located nearby to the Alhambra, our main reason for visiting. Hotel Underground parking was a bonus and another reason for our choosing this hotel. The hotels food both breakfast and evening meals are of a reasonable standard, but are seriously let down by the fact that the buffet style heating lamps above the food, are just inadequate for the job. As a consequence, the food on offer is only ever warm at best."

"The room was gorgeous and super comfortable, first hotel during our vacation with a real bed lol. Staff are amazing, room is clean and stocked, 3 minute walk to Alhambra, only downside is that the breakfast buffet, despite having many options, always leaves me wanting. Would still stay again!"

"Good location around 20 mins walk from the old town. Room was a great size as was the balcony. It’s a quiet hotel and the bed was really comfy. Hotel staff were absolutely lovely. The pool area is stunning, there were plenty of loungers by the pool. The greenery made it feel extra special and even more relaxing. The hotel is a little bit dated in its decor but it was still nice. There was no kettle in the room and the shower was a little bit temperamental but we were only there for one night so didn’t raise it with the staff. All in all a great stay for visiting all the sites and well connected to transport links."
