"Beautiful location. The Trullos are unique. Sleeping under a dome is very relaxing. The bedrooms could do with more shelving. Had to leave clothes in luggages on the floor. In the off season, each individual Trullo pool is unheated. I was still able to swim my laps in 20 degrees water. Quite invigorating! Others might not venture at this temperature. The daily included breakfasts were delicious and very healthy. A car is essential as this is true Puglia country living. Expect drive at least...

"We enjoyed our stay here overall. Bathrooms were very clean, and the rooftop terrace was a great place to watch the sunset and swallows swooping about. It is fairly easy to park on the surrounding streets but don’t drive to the property itself if you have a big car as you could get stuck. "The room was lovely and really well kept. Daily cleaning was excellent. The pools were lovely, the lifeguards were very whistle happy thought! The thing I really need to flag is the lower/upper inclusive plans. We were lower (although don't recall deciding this when booking) which meant we didn't get a reserved table for dinner. We were just sat outside in unreserved tables, which was ok when there was an available table for us... Sometimes there would be and if we were lucky it would be cleaned and if we were lucky broken glass would be cleaned up. When it came to meals, lower inclusive were basically not cared about."

"The hotel is exceptionally beautiful, and the staff is highly commendable. We thoroughly enjoyed having Luca as our concierge. He demonstrated remarkable helpfulness, patience, and attentiveness. It is worth mentioning that we provided gratuity to our staff throughout our stay. Borga added a gratuity to our bill, which we were able to decline, but it was still included."

"The property is even better than advertised! It is a gorgeous resort and very convenient for young families. The little train will take you to the private beach in minutes. The 3 pools are wonderful, but the most noteworthy thing to mention is the incredible staff!!! Amazing, attentive, always busy and making sure that the guests have everything. There is nothing I did not like (except maybe the security guard at the villas’ gate who was extremely rude because we were at the wrong gate to exit)… My husband and I would come back and recommend it wholeheartedly!"

The panoramic views of Ostuni and the surrounding countryside are breathtaking, especially at sunset. Every meal was a delight, from the incredible breakfast to the outstanding dining experiences.
