「I had a lovely stay at the Mull Hotel and Spa. The hotel and food were lovely. The staff were on another level amazing. They were friendly, helpful, attentive and so hardworking. They made the whole stay so special with such an amazing level of customer service. I'd like to especially mention the Head Receptionist, Holly. She was so.helpcul and friendly. 「Deer were in back of property. Maggie and the owner were both very nice, friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and heat took a while to warm up though we slept warm. Hot chocolate was really good. Also, both the Scottish breakfast and the pancake breakfast were good.」

「They accommodated our group of four with one double bed and two single beds in the same room to avoid extra costs. I cannot say enough about the breakfast, which cost only 10 SBP per person. One hot menu choice and unlimited continental and drink choices included. I have found nowhere else that does that, at least on our Scotland trip. If your travels take you anywhere near Oban, book this hotel! 」

「My room provided was on the top floor, but there is no elevator. The woman who checked me in carried my big heavy suitcase all the way up the stairs. I'm so grateful for her help. I have some mobility issues with stairs. Everything else is super comfortable. Excellent water pressure, soft fluffy towels, big wonderful bed and bedding. 」

「The venue is up a gradual slope, being around a 10 minute walk from the town centre however the view of the harbour during the walk is beautiful. Being close to the pulpit hill viewpoint makes a nice trip being only a couple minutes walk from the venue. Carolyn was very welcoming and seeing me as a female sole traveler, made me feel very safe and gave me suggestions for the best places to visit. 「Our twin room was quite small, but,clean and adequate. The hotel is centrally located, everything is within walking distance. The patio overlooks the harbour and is lovely to watch the sunsetting. The staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. I will certainly return. 」

「Old hotel and not really clean. Hair on linen. The worst thing is no wifi connection at all because they are fixing it for days. The hotel should inform guests who want to book the hotel in advance rather than saying sorry after we arrived. Really bad experience as we are cheated.」
