The apartment itself was amazing and the location was ideal. The main problem was communication.
The property managers were unprofessional and were not easy to reach. We contacted them one night because there was no hot water and it took them almost 24 hours to respond and resolve the issue, despite messaging them via Expedia, and on WhatsApp. I would like to point out that guests from other rooms didn’t have hot water either. The worst part was that they when they finally did respond (again, almost 24 hours later), the problem had already been resolved and they acted like there was never a problem to begin with, essentially gaslighting their guests, instead of immediately responding, acknowledging the problem, and communicating regarding when it would be resolved.
