A real treat

We have now been twice and it is a real treat to stay at the hotel. The attention to detail and the service minded staff makes you feel more than welcome. The spa, pool and gym areas are perfect not to mention the beautiful views. The breakfast is amazing and you always wish that you had more "space". The hotel restaurant reflects the hotel. I can't recomment this hotel enough. We will keep coming back.

a disappointing stay

I would have liked to give a 5 star rating. The hotel is beautiful and the staff very nice. I booked this for my parents' wedding anniversary. I even called and emailed (from the US) to make sure that they had flowers in their room and that I was billed for them. I was billed for them but so were my parents. It took another phone call from my dad after he came home and talked to me to straighten it out. When they were at the hotel nobody could tell them where the flowers were coming from and he was presented with a bill. The other mishap was that the hotel room was freezing when they arrived. It took the staff several hours to correct it. My mother was packing to go home when the room finally got warm. As I said the room was beautiful but my parents were unable to turn off the bright bathroom light overnight. They asked staff and they told them that is impossible to turn off the light (Bathroom had a glass door!). I wanted them to have a special experience for their 50th wedding anniversary, especially since my mother had always talked about staying in your hotel, but I have to conclude that it was very disappointing. They did get reimbursed for the flowers in the end.

Lage, Aussicht und die ganze Anlage ist sehr schön! Zimmer und Bad auch. Die neue Saunabereich ist super! Bei der oberen müsste man das Holz abschleifen, da viele Flecken vorhanden sind. Bei der Wärme, als wir dort waren hätte man oben alles ganz abschalten müssen, da kaum jemand was genutzt hat. Die Wärmeliegen lieber ganz abschalten, als halb aufgewärmt. (sparen!) Im Spa hätte man kaltes Wasser anbieten sollen, es war zwar Zitrone, usw. im Wasser drin, aber ziemlich warm...auch im Behälter im Gym habe ich kein kaltes Wasser gefunden. Bei der neue Sauna war auch Wasser nur aus dem Hahn. Tee war überall. Frühstück war zuuuu vielfältig, es ist toll, aber nur dann, wenn alles frisch ist!! (wie am letzten Tag, als Hochzeitsgäste kamen und ich leider nichts mehr essen konnte...) Sie sollten lieber weniger vorbereiten und nicht die Reste tagelang hinstellen, (Kaviar, usw. müsste auf Eis stehen...) An unserem Hochzeitstag haben wir am Abend sehr gut gegessen! Wir hätten uns über eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit sehr gefreut....(außer "alles Gute zum Hochzeitstag!") ...es gibt auch Möglichkeiten, die nichts kosten, aber trotzdem Freude bereiten!! nun ja... Wir reisen sehr viel in der Welt herum, sind anderes gewohnt in dieser Angelegenheit.

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Besonders begeistert hat uns der wunderschöne Wellnessbereich, der zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen einlädt. Das Frühstück war fantastisch, mit einer großen Auswahl und sehr hochwertigen Produkten. Die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet, sauber und sehr gepflegt. Hervorheben möchten wir auch das ausgesprochen freundliche und aufmerksame Hotelpersonal, das unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt, und wir kommen gerne wieder. Klare Empfehlung!

Struttura originale, inserita in un contesto davvero delizioso, con una vista che merita di essere incorniciata. La terrazza è molto piacevole e la piscina contribuisce a creare un’atmosfera di autentico relax. Qualche carenza sul fronte dell’assistenza: il check-in è stato piuttosto essenziale, con poche informazioni fornite. In compenso, il servizio in terrazza è gradevole e la cena al ristorante si è rivelata superba. Nel complesso, un’esperienza molto positiva, che potrebbe diventare eccellente con un po’ più di attenzione anche verso i clienti non abituali.

Ein tolles Hotel mit gutem Wellness Bereich. Speisen im Restaurant hochpreisig. Leider wird inzwischen total überzogen. Habe eine Flasche Mineralwasser bestellt und Leitungswasser erhalten, selbstverständlich zum abgeschmackten Preis. Höhepunkt ist aber, dass ungefragt Brot an den Tisch gebracht wird und dann 3.30€ auf der Rechnung berechnet werden. Trotz 3 facher Reklamation keine Lösung angeboten bekommen. Management kann kein Umgang mit Gästen handeln
