Upon arriving at the Parma train station, I took the number 6 bus to the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located near the golf course, which is easily accessible on foot. Just a stone's throw away from the hotel, you'll find a fantastic restaurant "L'Osteria di Massimiliano Rossi" that I strongly recommend. The Hotel is more than confortable and the staff is so nice and friendly, You will find like home.

Great family room - biggest bed we've ever seen!

Beautiful location, in a lovely village. The rooms are in an old but very well restored building, and the rooms were very well appointed. Great, very comfortable beds, good size wardrobes and even an exercise bike in the entrance! Only minor comments are that the shower cubicle wasn't the biggest and the breakfast had a limited (but good) selection

The hotel has comfortable beds. Staff serving breakfast was very friendly. We asked ahead of time if we can store bikes. They agreed but charged 10 euros per bike a day. We learned about the charges only after checking out and saw 200 euros for parking.

Very nicely restored hotel in a small town surrounded by woods and parks and a golf course. Modern with a teist, confortable and super clean. They really tried to think of everything, even with a family/game room (relax room), snack station. Keep in mind that is is self checking - but very conveniently organised. Breakfast is well taken care of, great service and dedication. After 13:00 there is no staff.

Pros: new, clean, quiet, spacious rooms, reasonably priced Nice breakfast Cons: no reception in evening. No security except your room key, they did answer the phone when we had questions. Has a feel of a converted office building. Was fine for a one night stay traveling, but would not book for ambience.

It was a unique place to stay. Beds were firm. Very firm. I have never complained about a bed being too firm until now but it’s still was better than a mushy one. Room was very uniquely shaped, ceilings had to be 18 ft high! Self check in was good. Breakfast not worth the 10€. Rooms were very cold but there were space heaters in bedrooms and bathroom. Daughter found leftover belongings from a previous guest. Overall not a bad stay for the money.

Was looking forward to having a hotel in a rural area and with a pool (as advertised in amenities on Hotels.com) toward the end of the longer family trip. Upon arrival learned the there is no pool; a town or a private club pool some walk away is accessible to hotel guests for a reduced fee. This was a disappointment after all the careful planning done. The services are minimal; front desk is there until 1pm or so so plan to navigate the check in on your own - not necessarily a huge deal. Breakfast is sufficient. The room is spacious if awkward ; the extra space housed a rowing machine; other room we saw had a treadmill. A bit dated but the huge amount of dust on the headboard was very unpleasant. The building is very cool but it does not make up for the misrepresentation and lack of thought in room maintenance and setup.

Kind Staff, With Some Room to Improve

The staff were truly kind and helpful throughout our stay, and the self check-in process was smooth and very convenient — definitely a great feature. That said, there were a few aspects that didn’t quite meet our expectations. The heater wasn’t working properly on the first night, switching on and off frequently, which made it a bit difficult to sleep comfortably due to both the cold and the noise. The minibar is quite small — we couldn’t even fit more than one regular water bottle inside, so it’s something to keep in mind. The shower could have been better as well, and breakfast felt quite limited. While there was a Nespresso machine available, a proper espresso option would’ve been nice, especially in Italy. It’s also worth noting that the parking isn’t private — it’s in a public plaza right in front of the property, so keep that in mind if you're arriving by car. All in all, there were some lovely elements to our stay, especially the hospitality and check-in process, but a few improvements to comfort and amenities would make the experience much more enjoyable.

Comfortable and Nice Location

When we arrived there was no staff to greet us but there were instructions for easy check in. We just made a day stop on our way to another location but for the price the hotel delivered on expectation. I would definitely stay again.

The place was very clean and quiet. The bed was perfect, not too firm or too soft. We were visiting Parma and the location was just s bit too far, but that is on us for not checking.

Un séjour absolument parfait ! La chambre était impeccable, spacieuse, calme et d’une propreté irréprochable. Le lit très confortable a garanti de belles nuits reposantes. Le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours souriant et attentif au moindre détail — un vrai plaisir. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et délicieux, avec des produits frais et variés. Tout est fait pour que l’on se sente bien dès le matin. Un grand bravo à toute l’équipe pour la qualité du service et l’accueil chaleureux. Je recommande sans la moindre hésitation et reviendrai avec grand plaisir !
