"I cannot stress how much I recommend this hotel enough; the entire experience was absolutely incredible. The owner, Kosuke, was so cool, accommodating, and sweet. Before we arrived, he called me on the phone to try and get my estimated time of arrival so he could pick us up from the train station. 連絡先が書いてあるものの繋がらない。
ネットで検索して系列の宿(？)に電話が繋がる。今から行きますと言われたので、待ったけど来ない。
1時間経っても来ないので痺れを切らして再度電話。「今向かうと言ってたんですけど…もう一回連絡してみます」と言われ…どれだけ待ったか覚えていませんが、やっと来た。
「倉庫で作業していてー連絡繋がらなかったみたいでー」
寒い玄関で震えながら待ちました。
先にご飯を済ませておいて良かった…
どんな安い宿でももう少しまともな対応してくださります。

"Staff: very friendly. They are very responsive to my questions. I managed to ask for pick up service just several hours before my arrival. They are able to entertain my request.
At the property, staff is very friendly. I feel at home.
Location: the onsen hotel is near utsumi station. There is a free pick up service from the station.
A wonderful sea view from the room. Can walk along the coast anytime.
There are a lot of restaurants nearby. But we chose to dine in at the hotel....
