「 Lack of service. They do not need customers from online portals like Expedia. It is more of a AC rooms for wedding guests than a professional hotel. Cheap cutlery in restaurant. In this age as well, they serve tea in a cheap plastic cup. Front desk is unwelcoming. Only thing that they talk is charges/money/ that will be extra charge and etc. Absolutely bad experience. Even at the checkout as well the only focus the staff had was on money. I believe money is something anyone will anyway...

There were many spelling mistakes in the English menu that need to be corrected as it looks bad for the hotel. The lobby looks good.
