"I have stayed at this hotel twice. On this visit I was disappointed at the lack of service and disinterest. I could not understand their lack of willingness to help. The hotel is tired and showing signs of age and lack of investment. There are better hotels in the area in the same price bracket."

"Annex tower, had a hard time to loacate the reception desk on annex tower top floor, different reception desk with main building. Hotel is Clean but Old I believe never has renovated recent year, feel decade year ago."
