4인 가족이라 너무나 편하게 잘 묶었습니다. 가라판에서 차로 4-5분 거리, 위치가 좋고 all ocean view 입니다. (에머럴드 바다가 거실창으로 그냥 보입니다.) 화장실이 2개고 넓어 쾌적했고 각 방마다 에어컨이 있어 시웠했습니다. 무엇보다 세탁기/건조기가 있어 편할때 세탁할수 있었습니다. 생수도 20통, 넉넉히 주시고 수건/비누 모두 넉넉했습니다. 4인가족에게는 호텔보다는 훨씬 좋은 조건이었습니다. 단 하나의 단점은... 체크인 할때 숙소에 아무도 없어 청소하시는 직원분을 못 만났다면 체크인을 못할뻔 했습니다. 체크아웃 할때도 아무런 안내를 받지 못했고 일요일이어서 인지 전화연결도 안되었습니다. (그냥 키 놓고 나왔습니다.) 콘도 사무실은 가라판 시내에 있다고 .. 장기 투숙하시는 분께 전해 들었습니다.

넓은 공간과 베란다에서 보이는 오션뷰가 아주 좋았습니다. 침구 및 청소상태 아주 좋았습니다. 에어컨 상태 좋았고 밤에는 틀지 않아도 될 정도로 바람이 시원 했습니다. 식기 및 조리도구가 비치되어 있었으며 주변도 아주 조용했습니다. 렌터카가 있다면 가라판 시내와 접근성이 좋았습니다. 개인적으로 복잡한 호텔 보다는 조용한 환경을 좋아해서 선택했는데 다시 가고 싶은 곳입니다. 마지막으로 분실물이 있어 한국으로의 발송을 요청 드렸는데 비싼 비용 절감할 수 있도록 직원편으로 보내 주신다는 사장님의 친절은 아주 감동 이었습니다.
