"Great stop over spot - arrived around 7pm on a Sunday, too late to get a dinner reservation but managed to get a couple of drinks from the bar before they stopped serving at 9pm. Rooms were immaculate, clean and air conditioning was a welcome addition."

"What an absolute gem of a place. Beautiful location, calm peaceful with lovely gardens. A short drive from Alcenon which has a selection of excellent restaurants A first class continental breakfast provided by the fabulous hostess. A selection of beers and wines available for purchase. "The owners could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Our room (thankfully air-conditioned given the 40 degree heat!) was amazing, with wonderfully comfortable bed and great shower. Sumptuous breakfast. Bellême is a fascinating little town. We shall look forward to returning!"
