"Overall, the stay was pleasant. The hotel is in a great location in the village. However, a few things stood out that were negative experiences: 1)the room where you store your skis smells awful and is damp - it needs dehumidifiers or something to help with the smell. 2) Our room was not cleaned on the 2nd day - they totally forgot. We had no new towels and no toilet paper. 3) When the room was cleaned, we were still short on towels and toilet paper, and the garbages and recycling bin (which was full) were not emptied. The cleaning staff as a whole has had challenges cleaning rooms efficiently and thoroughly. We have stayed in this hotel the last 3 years every March, and this year in particular, the cleaning staff are not doing a good job. I’ve noticed there has been a lot of turnover in the staff for cleaning - perhaps they are not fully trained for the job. Overall, we still enjoy the hotel and the location and will continue to stay here. The breakfast is decent. Pull out beds in rooms need to be replaced. The mattress is paper thin and completely worn out. "

"Room is nice, but the building is old needs renovation. Check in was extremely slow, took 1h to check in which was frustrating. Also the amenities are okay. I don’t think i would come back."

"I absolutely love this place. It feels so homey and relaxing, and the overall atmosphere is beautiful. The food is delicious. Staff very nice and helpful. The only minor downsides on this visit were the shower pressure being (very) low and with a broken handheld showerhead, pillows that felt a bit oversized, and curtains that did not block the light quite enough. But none of that is reason enough to stay away. We plan to return many times. And I entirely recommend you try it!"
