"I arrived at the hotel tired and wanted to eat something. Impossible because fully booked. But the restaurant was empty! I asked about dinner: also fully booked! This total lack of welcome made me leave the hotel."

"When we arrived at the hotel my husband was not well with stomach problems.The receptionist was so helpful and kind and ordered a pizza for us to be delivered to the hôtel só we would not have to go out to eat.The restaurant in the hotel,is closed over the weekend. "Cosy small french hotel, but it is stuck in the 90's and needs a makeover. The wallpaper on our room had started to loosen from the walls, and the bathroom light didn't work. The staff tried to fix it, but wasn't able to. (We were allowed to use the bathroom in another vacant room instead, so they did their best to solve the issue). Hopefully the next family staying in their 4 bed room will be able to turn on the lights. Breakfast was suprisingly nice, croissants and baguettes, some cereals and...

"Ideal location. Quiet, safe and peaceful location, steps away from the Sacred Heart Sanctuary. Room was very nice and the hotel staff was excellent ... warm and friendly and helpful! My only suggestion is it would be nice to have a hot water kettle in the room. "
