"Charming B&B in a small village, run by a lovely Dutch host. The room was big and fortunately had aircon, which was vital during the heatwave. For a small extra charge (around €30), you can get a 3-course dinner cooked by the host, which was delicious, and served outside in the courtyard. Breakfast was also served in the courtyard and was plentiful to start the day. There is a village car park (free) next door to the B&B and had plenty of spaces."

The restaurant in the hotel was closed the night we stayed there but it was close to a very nice one within sight of the hotel which was recommended by the owner. "There was no air conditioning in the bedroom as it was broken The A la Carte menu choices was the same every day we ask for Fries and was told the kitchen did not have the facilities for this? The reception staff were receptive but looked glum - we asked if they could arrange for a taxi for us and was told they would not do this The setting was breathtaking The spar and pool facilities were good The female bar tender was very helpful and accommodating with requests The cleaning ladies were cheerful and very helpful"
