"Great location, friendly staff, and good restaurants."

"Great location but our taxi driver didn’t find it easily. Just a door at street level with small signage on the wall. Close to the Louvre, restaurants and shops. Lots of perfume and designer shops around. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room but needs some upkeep. Toilet cover was falling off. Shower and sink were draining slowly and we had to take off the whole cover so water would drain fast. Beds comfy, AC was good. We did not have wifi for 2 days and when we did have it, signal was weak and kept disconnecting. Not a good place for those with mobility issues. You have to climb a flight of stairs to get to reception. Then the elevator, which is small, stops between floors and you either have to climb or walk down (depending where you room is) a narrow, spiral-like staircase. A bit expensive for what is, I guess you’re paying for its location. I had a medical issue and needed some ice. No ice in the hotel and was told to go any restaurant around and ask for ice. How ridiculous. On the other hand, another staff was really nice and gave me a keychain souvenir."

"It is the absolute best, unless you can afford the Ritz. Excellent location, close to Notre Dame, the Louvre, high end and more affordable budget shopping. Across the street, an excellent boulangerie to grab breakfast, multiple dinning options close by. Water and ice machines in every floor perfect after you have been walking in the sun all day long. Big comfortable rooms and bathrooms."

"Room was ready until almost 4:00pm The AC did not work the first day and instead moving us to another room, they providsd two fans The lobby needs maintenance snd upgrading The room was clean and updated The hotel location is fantastic The Staff was always cordial and trying their best Front desk gentlemen was very helpful"

"The location was good. We visited Paris in a heatwave (30-32 degrees for the 6 days we stayed), which is influencing our review. The hotel provided a fan but we slept with the window wide open (and while not a busy street, you can get traffic noise). The room had a fridge but it wasn’t cold at all. And there wasn’t an ice machine to cool down any drinks. Bed was comfy."

"I came at 4 to check in because that’s what it says check in time is… they couldn’t get me in my room until 4:25 after I complained. The frame which is the restaurant inside of the hotel… customer service is horrible. No one greets you we say for a good 15 minutes before we were finally offered a drink from the bar. I paid $180 to have someone bring me champagne and macaroons with rose pedals to our room at 9am…. Didn’t come until 9:50 and we then had to rush because we had to catch a train. I’ve stayed at other hotels in Paris that I would give 10/10 this one is over priced only because of the view. It is not worth cost."
