「We had a lovely time staying here. The staff were very friendly and helpful: Neil in particular gave us lots of good tips for what to see. There was a small hiccup with the check in process (I think stemming from the fact that we'd booked through Expedia and not directly through the hotel itself), but that was resolved without fuss. 「The owners welcome you like family. They’re very thoughtful and detailed oriented. The property is right smack in the middle of everything, which is very convenient. Although it’s in the midst of bars and restaurants, we don’t hear anything from outside. I had good sleep every night. The room was quiet and cool. The bed very comfortable. I have nothing but compliments for this boutique hotel. Will definitely stay again.」

「The location is close to the main historical buildings and tourist centres. The breakfast buffet provides diversified kinds of good foods and is worthwhile to pay extra cost for it. Most of the staff are welcoming and helpful. But the staff of cashier are a bit too cool to greet their guests. The dust on the cups in the minibar broke the image of its “blink blink cleanliness “. It’s good to live there for one day and try the breakfast buffet. But it is not suggested to live there for more...
