"Malheureusement Maryse ne vérifie pas sont cahier de compte lorsque le client arrive et repart. A peine arrivée elle nous dit qu'il faut régler notre séjour alors que nous avions déjà réglé sur expédia depuis un mois. Ça m'engoisse déjà alors que je viens pour me reposer et déconnecter. En partant nous lui demandons que nous reste-il à réglé, elle vérifie son cahier et nous dit la taxe de 1 ,68€. Dans l'après-midi quand je regarde mon téléphone je vois 3 messages, nous disant qu'on a oublier...

"Our stay was lovely - we were in Reunion for the weekend and the resort was lovely. Children had a wonderful time at the pool and jumping castle. The unit was clean and tiny - small but completely suitable for its purpose. The resort was clean and fresh and food was delicious. Staff could only speak French in some instance, which was slightly difficult for us but they made very effort to understand and assist. All round a wonderful weekend at Floralys. "
