Grandpa Pinpin was is the sweetest man I ever met. He runs the place and he keeps trying to communicate with you even if you don’t understand French. Coming from America, I truly appreciated the local experience, and his son was the first person that I actually was able to speak to in the outback of the Territory. Staying in this beautiful home in the fields of sugarcane to get a true experience. Also visit leader price market at the bottom of the street!

Une nuit dépaysante !

Marie-Claude est très accueillante, le repas du soir préparé par ses soins un vrai délice ! Pour notre 2 eme nuit à la Réunion, ce fût un dépaysement total, autant pour nos yeux car le gîte est comme perché dans les arbres au milieu de son jardin botanique, que pour nos papilles, avec la decouverte du pinpin frit, du chouchou, et de ses punchs et rhums arrangés ! Tout fait maison ! Merci encore !
