Belle résidence avec un personnel très sympathique et à l’écoute. L’appartement était bien agencé avec une vue sur la piscine et l’océan. Bel environnement de vacances avec un restaurant de qualité. Très bon séjour ! Il manque une machine à café dans la chambre pour que ce soit encore mieux.

Sejour 1 semaine 4 personnes

Dommage, tres belle hotel qui pourrait avoir de bonnes prestations. Aux vues du tarifs payés, les prestations ne sont pas du tout à la hauteur. 1 ) rideau de douche qui laisse passer l eau car inadapté. 2 ) invasion de fourmies et personnel nous donne une bombe d insecticide pour nous en débarasser. 3 ) logement hyper loin du complexe piscine avec une montée interminable. 4 ) aucune animation le soir 5 ) bar fermé à 18h le soir et en plus lorsqu'on y va pour boire un coca et 1 pression à 17h30 plus personne ne sert. Meme la personne de l accueil n est pas capable de servir 1 pression ni donner un coca. 5 ) les logements avec des gens qui vous réveillent le matin lors de vos vacances car ils ne font pas attention aux autres... 6 ) Petit-déjeuner en terrasse balcon a 9h interrompu par le jardinier qui souffle les feuilles avec un engin thermique tres bruillant et une odeur de carburant... Je pense que l'hôtel devrait revoir le service auores de leurs clients afin qu'ils puissent s'y sentir bien. Animation le soir, ouverture du bar jusqu'au soir afin de pouvoir se boire un petit rhums en digestif.... Bref ce ne sont pas des critiques mais avec un tel potentiel je pense qu'il y a mieu a faire.

Très beau séjour à l’Archipel

Un séjour en famille, les duplex sont parfaitement adapté pour 4 avec un espace parental bien délimité. La piscine est très bien entretenue ainsi que les jardins. Nous recommandons vivement un séjour à l’Archipel
