"The folks there are so helpful
And friendly, the room is on the small side but comfy and our room had a little terrace to sit out on in the evening. The breakfast is very nice and the hotel is so close to the train/bus station and in the old town with many shops and restaurants."

Apple and Pear Orchard was a Plus - love the beautiful scenery and atmosphere.
Guy - Owner was very friendly and accommodating, we appreciated the hospitality while staying at Stora Herrestad.
We will definitely consider staying again in the future . "

"Lovely characterful hotel. Convenient for train and short walk into the beautiful town. Weird lift but it worked fine! Great breakfast. Only downside was some noise from port during day, but not an issue for me as I was out and about. Would definitely stay again in this characterful and atmospheric hotel, but just one night next time."
