「This property was a scam and expedia was of no assistance in helping me get my money back. From before I reached Jamaica I contacted expedia to let them know I was unable to get in contact with the property. I did not have access to the property and yet expedia sees no issue with taking my money to give to these scammers.」

The home was clean, well-furnished, and most importantly, had running hot water—something that made it feel just like being back in my house in New York City. 「The Villa was comfortable, the surroundings beautiful and the owner and staff very helpful and gracious. The ocean's view and the waves sound are peaceful and calming. I added the great housekeeper option; her food was good, and I had nothing else to do but relax. All round great experience and I will do it again!」

This was not communicated until we arrived at the property, which is a poor reflection on Management, who were so insistent on security measures. This approach appears deceptive and should be corrected to avoid a loss of business. 」
