"Only problem we had was no breakfast and the man that works night shift didn't make coffee. He acted like it was a problem and got a attitude if we asked for coffee in the mornings. "There was a strong smell in the hallway close by the elevator on the 15th floor. A microwave in the room would be a nice upgrade. A couple of the rides were down but Guest was expected to pay full price for a wrist band. Daughter is only 6 years old therefore there were not many rides for her to ride. Small children should not be expected to pay same rate as older kids. Staff is friendly and inside room was clean. The towels were restocked daily."

"everything is close to the Springs and parking is plentiful and safe. In fact the room was exceptional and quiet with easy access and comfort. The only reason for my 4 star really had more to do with condition than amenities. The TV was not set up for ease of use and no local chanels for weather etc., a squeaking door to access bath, and lighting by the bed area a little dim. All things were minor but things that can be easily remedied. We fullly enjoyed the stay and the bed/pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Room very well kept and designed. Coffee in the room as well as down stairs . Could not have asked for a better location to all of downtown ."
