"This was my wife’s and my first time staying in the Adults-Only section of this property, and I must say we thoroughly enjoyed spending our 3rd wedding anniversary at Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay.
Although this section was recently renovated and reopened under new management, the level of service from both the staff and management was outstanding. Everyone made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay.
A special mention goes to Manager Amir, who demonstrated exactly how a manager should operate a property of this size. He was attentive to our concerns and continuously looked for ways to ensure our stay was memorable and enjoyable. After a few minor hiccups, Amir arranged a beautiful sunset dinner for us, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. I would highly recommend that anyone visiting take advantage of the sunset dinner experience by the sea.
We would also like to recognize Ramoy, Swayze, and Cassandra, who helped make our sunset dinner truly unforgettable. Their service, friendliness, and attention to detail made the evening extra special.
In addition, the team working the Lobby Bar during the evening and late-night hours deserves recognition for their exceptional service. They go above and beyond to create personalized drinks based on your preferences. Simply tell them what you're in the mood for, and they will craft a delicious cocktail tailored to your taste after getting your approval.
