「Wir waren eine Woche im Hotel Europa. Die Lage ist zentral in der Altstadt und direkt am See gelegen. Die Piazza Catena hat einen tollen Flair. Das Team des Hotels hat dafür gesorgt, dass der Aufenthalt ein unvergesslicher Urlaub wurde. Im Hotel wurde auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit geachtet. Der Concierge-Service beantwortete alle Fragen und war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstückbuffet ließ für uns keine Wünsche offen. 「Ett jättebra hotell. Vi fick ett större rum än vi bokat, med stor balkong. Frukosten var suverän. Restauranten kunde kanske vari lite bättre, men helt okej 」

「A great view if you get a balcony in the lake room. FYI: the kitchen is NOT included. There is a door to the kitchen which is locked. There is a fee to access the kitchen. The breakfast at the lobby was excellent! And still a great view of the lake...」
