「Beautiful villa. Have your own balcony. Very quiet. Staff phenomenal- Kelli was excellent. View was extraordinary. Love how quiet the pool was. Need a taxi to go places but you need that with many places so no big deal. Would love to stay there again but they are sold out a lot for good reason.」

「The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement.」

「Smelly, dirty, not as advertised」
