Établissement sale et en mauvais état. Le personnel est sympa, mais complètement dépassé par l’état de désuétude avancé des lieux.
Air climatisé ne fonctionne pas.

Dishonest hotel with dishonest check-out staff.
A €15 late check-out charge was fraudulently applied to my credit card without permission Sunday 16/08/26 1pm.
A bad-tempered woman on the check-out desk assured us there would be no charge but of course as soon she got us out of the door, she then did apply the charge as retribution for challenging her poor conduct.
Beware, this hotel is not trustworthy, even if you spend €1000 with them they will happily cheat you.

The studio aparthotel that we stayed for 7 days was very clean, tidy.
The front desk was very helpful and friendly
The view to the garden was very nice.
The check in process was very quck

"Small room with a tiny bathroom. At least one good place to eat less than a block away. Fairly close to tram line into Orleans but I walked downtown. It wasn't that far. Really nice people and the breakfast was ok."
