Royal Maritime Hotel
The corridors, room and swimming pool / sauna areas were terrible. No warnings that the property was undergoing refurbishment. Guest services were rude invading personal space. Communication was poor. Sauna switched off and wasn't advised it takes 15 minutes to heat up.

Convenient location on Gunwharf Quays. Staff were very nice and very helpful. A shame the aircon is not working.
