"Saint-Lary is a wonderful location, a lively vibrant town set in the picturesque Pyrenees mountains. Truly stunning! The residence is dated slightly and so could benefit from a bit of a refresh, and the staff were a little "cold" in terms of service but professional and helpful enough; although the reception hours were limited."

"Liked the property, was clean and good amenities. Did not like bedding. Bed was really tiny. Also pillows was really poor quality. Did not like staff did not provide all the information about the parking. They initially said there is just pay parking. However, later found there was also small free parking they did not talk about. Did not like front desk timetable. Just a few hours in the morning and in the afternoon open. It suppose to be a vacation place! Did not like fitness room amenities,...

"The only thing really going for this place is the location. The rooms were sooo basic, beds very uncomfortable and not even a kettle. I have never had to rent sheets and towels before. It would have been fine if it was what we expected but not I found is marketed as 4 stars!"
