"I emailed the hotel to let them know I would arrive very late in the night and they never acknowledged receipt, so it’s no surprise I had issues accessing the property. The “welcome email” I received before arrival listed a code for a customer portal that linked to a broken URL, but was actually for the property’s outer gate. Why not just call it a gate code instead of a portal access code? They also didn’t tell me where the button was to open the gate when exiting the property, so another...

Seul petit point qui peut gêner c'est sa localisation en centre vieille ville , perso j'ai renoncé à venir en voiture jusqu'à l'hôtel mais j'ai trouvé à garer ma voiture à 5 mn à pied de l'hôtel .
