We stayed here before. So good we again stayed there

Couldn’t fault the room itself but did find the walk from our car to our room difficult with a load of baggage & a disabled husband. We will definitely stay again & hopefully when I request a room for a disabled person we will get one closer to where we had to park the car.

A beautiful property and very helpful and friendly hosts. Our stay here was great. The rooms were comfortable and large based on our experiences with other hotels. Our hosts were incredibly helpful and made you feel like you were visiting family. Very well located as well. Despite all these good things the highlight for us was the surprise from Jean at breakfast. And it had nothing to d with the great food.

Lovely hotel. Excellent location for discovering Dinan. Walkable to everything. Wonderful staff- very accommodating to all our needs. Beautiful location, quiet room, very comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast. Marie Anne made our stay perfection. I would gladly stay again, again and again!

Excellent hotel with an amazing location and great decoration.

Finding this gem was a highlight of my long trip. My room was absolutely perfect - comfy, clean, and even had its own little private patio where I sat and finished work with a glass of wine upon arrival. Its location was ideal - on a quiet, pretty street just a few minutes’ walk of the old city restaurants/shopping. Breakfast at the hotel was perfect. Fellow guests were friendly. And hosts Kevin and Roxana couldn’t have been more warm, sweet, or helpful - spending time with me to provide travel...

La Haute Flourie is a marvelous boutique hotel in St. Malo. The owner, Loik, is a wonderful host. On this trip, we stayed three days. We decided on our next trip, we want to stay longer. The free parking on-site is an advantage. We rented a car and visited both Mont St. Michel (1 hour drive) and the Normandy beaches (2 hour drive). Access to the motorway is convenient. The house was built in the 1600s, with thick stone walls and wood floors. I thought it was delightful. The house is...

I really enjoyed my one day stay at hotel ocean. It was five minutes out of the old city. Very walkable. The room was small, but more than sufficient. There’s no elevator, therefore the staff offered to assist with the luggage. Good free overnight parking in a lot right in front of the hotel. There was a recommendation also for dinner, but I decided to go elsewhere because I wanted to go into the old town the breakfast was a continental breakfast, but quite a few and unlimited choices. Well...

Superb hotel. It’s a unique property that’s been thoughtfully and beautifully restored. It’s even better in person than in the photos. Lots of comfortable outdoor spaces to enjoy the incredible views. Staff was attentive and welcoming. Can’t wait to come back!

Excellent

We stayed here for 4 nights and had an overall good experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was small (16m2) but it had everything we needed. We were contacted prior to our stay about our room preferences (1 double bed vs two single beds or bathtub vs shower) and our preferences were taken into account. Even though our room was right next to the elevator, I was plesantly suprised that the room was very quiet. Hotel offers breakfast (additional cost) but we opted to have...

Close to beach and citadel. One has to clean up and wash dishes or one will be charged a cleaning fee.

It exceeded our expectations in every way. We were graciously welcomed into Benedict‘s home. The orientation to the room covered everything we needed to know. The Wi-Fi was fast, the bed was so comfortable and everything was spotless. Every convenience, including bottled water, provided for us. Breakfast was superb. Included yogurt, cereal, croissant, fresh fruit, eggs, cooked to preference, cheese, coffee, tea, juice. It was perfect. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

The hotel’s location is excellent. I would recommend parking in the large carpark outside the wall (5-min walk from the hotel). The hosts are so sweet, professional and friendly! They go out of their way to serve you and make your stay super comfortable. They take their time chatting with guests and bring anything you ask. The rooms are on the small size but that is everywhere in Saint Malo as all the buildings are small. The owners said they’re going to renovate the hotel in the coming months...

Excellent breakfasts served by our gracious host. We had dinner in the dining room on vending and it was a delight….delicious….unique….excellent!
