What a treat. We loved it

Probably my favorite hotel/apt I’ve ever stayed in. Super nice. I love that it has a kitchen in it but it’s not like a weird motel room. It’s an incredibly beautiful room with spectacular architectural finishes. Incredible kingsize bed. Super clean. Go here. Get the top floor room. I dare you to tell me I’m wrong.

The location was perfect, close to where all the dining and entertainment. Older refurbished building with a lot of character. Clean well furnished. We rented the suite on short notice most units were already booked. We would have chosen one with a larger bed. Overall very happy with room and service

Fabulous Food!

Very good hotel to stay, very friendly staff and super good restaraunt. You have to try their home-made dessert, especially salt-caramel icecream sandwich, four very tasty flaours for only 12 buck is such a good deal. Love the food and room. The location is in middle of a business park called Burnside Business Park, so no other food nearby and a bit driving to downtown Halifax, but with 5-7min driving you have two shopping places to go. Compare to other food places, I rather eat at the hotel.

Quaint and comfy.

Historic building in good condition. Comfortable and roomy suite. Well equipped kitchen. Great location close to restaurants and museums and the main roads. Self check-in with parking across the street in a garage.

Great location

A great location for what we wanted to do and experience. Enjoyed being able to prepare some meals for ourselves as well as dining out as well. Staff were wonderful and extremely helpful.

Perfect little Inn

Close to all amenities. .. Clean.. Convenient Down falls. .... Parking will be extra about 10 per day... Historical building was undergoing outside renĺvation and construction.. Noisy during the day however the majority of this we are told will be done in the coming weeks...

I didn't like the fact that my suite was in the basement, nor the fact that I had to sleep on a pull out bed that was not comfortable. Apart from that it was clean and convenient.

Great Location.

Great location. excellent property. Too much instructions to follow for check in and parking; lots of emails. If you are on long road trip; its inconvenient to put in so much effort for a one night stay. The room was very comfortable. the buildings are historical landmarks (attached to other public buildings)

Weekend Stay

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay! The architecture of the building was impressive. The room we stayed in had everything we needed and it was close walking distance to most everything. We were very happy with our stay. Thank you Chipman Hill Suites!
