「非常不好的經驗！旅館資訊説明24小時入住服務，並且在入住前一天以電子郵件通知住房登記的密碼，但我們在晚上十點抵達時，卻無法成功使用該密碼取得入住的房號和房門卡片！ 現場沒有任何人可以協助，連大門口的對講機也沒有回應，致電Hotel.com的客服中心請求協助，也無法和飯店的任何人聯絡上！折騰了三個小時才由第三位客服中心作業員安排到20公里外的另一個酒店入住，國際電話講了近三小時、再加上駕車的時間、油錢和過路費都是增加的費用啊⋯⋯ 之後也沒有任何來自該酒店的訊息或道歉，真的很誇張。從來沒有想到會有這樣的情況和住宿服務，請大家千萬不要再選擇這樣的業者！」

Chambre d hôte somptueuse avec terrasse, literie très confortable, belle piscine, terrain de boules, baby foot, tout y est pour passer un très bon séjour. Sandrine et Guy sont très acceillants et font en sorte que tout soit parfait. 「we stayed for 3! nights - our phone didn't work- we asked for it to be fixed every day- It was the only way to reach the front desk. There were dust bunnies under the bathroom sink. There was no hot water in the shower.Also the elevator was held on the ground floor by the cleaning people filled up with laundry and cleaning supplies, so my 79 year old husband had to drag our heavy suitcase down a dangerous winding staircase 」

「We arrived at 1430, an hour before check in. We were turned away after starting our journey in London at 0430. We asked to wait in a public area but were told there was nowhere to sit and wait. The photos of the property show this to be to the contrary. Not welcoming at all. The minibar in the communal kitchen , run on an ‘honesty write down your usage basis ‘in a notebook was somewhat spoiled by a cctv camera pointed directly on it. Didn’t feel we were in Provence. 」
