Le propriétaire et le personnel semblent très occupés et débordés. Cependant, ils ont le coeur sur la main pour nous offrir un bon séjour lorsqu'on les trouvent. Ma chambre avait une forte odeur dégoût, mais le lit était plus confortable que la 1e chambre qui n'avait pas une odeur dégoût. La piscine était fermé parce qu'il faisait froid. Alors, je ne peux pas noté.

This place was great except that the water was not drinkable including signs on all doors to not drink water. NO WATER available anywhere in the morning. Could not make coffee tale meds or anything. However, the upstairs dining room and bar are spectacular. Food was great. Ambianceincredible. We felt like we were staying with family.

Nice hidden gem! We stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage and it was big and clean. Perfect for our family road trip stop. The family running the place was nice and friendly. The park and game room is great for the kids. Highly recommend this stay!

Accueil désastreux et chambre sale.

Notre nuit à l'hôtel du Parc Mont citadelle a été désastreuse... À notre arrivée, l'hôte nous a donné les clés d'une chambre déjà occupée (la personne dormait et nous sommes rentrées dans sa chambre avant de s'en apercevoir...). De plus, nous avons trouvé une serviette trouée et humide (mangée par une souris ?!), les draps étaient tachés et ne semblaient pas lavés (nous avons préféré dormir sur le par-dessus)... Nous avons voulu exprimer notre mécontentement lors de notre départ mais il n'y avait aucun employé sur place à 10h du matin ( horaires habituels d'ouverture). C'est la première fois qu'on dort dans un endroit aussi désagréable, pourtant nous ne sommes pas difficiles.

This hotel would best be described as "ok". Unfortunately the owner is overwhelmed and was running the place alone when we were there so we ordered food (hotdogs, burgers, poutine and nuggets for $60) and it took a little over an hour to arrive and the order wasn't 100% what we ordered. The yurt was fine, what you'd expect, but we had to wait a long time to check-in because it was still being cleaned despite checking in late (we notified them so they left our room to last for cleaning). Overall if he had more help this place could be great. We booked it for the novelty of the yurt for the kids but wouldn't spend $200/night to stay again.
