La façon dont les chalets sont disposés permettaient de ne pas vivre les uns sur les autres er de garder une intimité sonore et visuelle. Les logements sont propres et fonctionnels (manque un grille pain tout de même) En revanche les équipements sont soit vetustes soit pas entretenus soit mal pensés: salle de jeux vide, tables de ping-pong sans filets, espace BBQ en pierre sale et peu pratique, terrains de pétanque et basket juste posés là, pas de machine pour faire la monnaie. Donc un beau domaine pas bien exploité.
