"Staff had no idea about our reservation. Couldn't find it apparently then suddenly found it. They tried to give us a room (we booked a chalet), I declined that and showed the reservation. Then they couldn't find keys for the chalets (about 30 minutes of having no idea what was happening). Then they told me that I can use the chalet with no key, locks from inside. Which meant that someone basically had to stay in the chalet if we wanted to leave. All pretty sketchy. They were also kind of rude, I...

"The strength is right off the highway. Nothing fancy, get in and get out. Tim Hortons and MacDonalds next door."

"We had a ground floor room where we could park out front. Easy drive to ferry terminal"

"We loved out overnight stay! He accommodations was roomy, clean and perfect for a family of 5! We were overall happy with our stay and the outdoor pool was such a treat!"

"Unable to contact anyone to rearrange a date. Left phone messages but went unanswered. Visited the location at 8.30am one week prior to stay but office locked and empty. Bedroom staff questioned as to where office staff were and was informed that that were probably asleep and that they may be in around 1pm if they had woken up. Enough said."
