Très bel Hôtel, très bien situé, cet hôtel est très bien tenu dans un excellent état d'entretien. Le personnel et la direction sont très professionnel. Accueil de la réception sourire, sourire et sourire. que des bon points très mérité . nous vus souhaitons a tous une excellente saison et a l'année prochaine. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

A really weird experience

The reception staff were amazing - so welcoming and polite. The location was very good in terms of access to the beach but quite a drive to restaurant area. Service at the bar was incredibly slow- over 20 minutes to get a glass of wine despite the fact that there were only two guests at the bar! The bar man was preoccupied chatting to another guest! But the weirdest thing of all was we were locked out on our balcony due to doors closed (to keep out mosquitoes) and once doors closed they automatically licked. As a consequence we were stranded on the balcony without a phone and only after waving a towel in the air for over 40 minutes and making contact with another guest did we manage to alert reception of our predicament. When I spoke to the manager next day she didn’t seem particularly perturbed and there was no mention of a reduction in our bill!

Mixed feelings.

Comfortable apartment, nice pool, easy access to beach and good views. However the hotel does not have a shop or coffee bar for snacks. We picked the wrong time of year as everything was out of season (shut or not working) i.e. local bus service to coulliare and local aqua-park. Also the advertised beach bar no longer existed.

Très agréable séjour entre plage et lagune 😉😉👍

Très agréable établissement , très bien situé , et avec l'accès à la piscine et restaurants les bulles de Mer c'est vraiment bien , la piscine est top et super propre . Le seul bémol est pour l'appartement très bien bien grand , mais malheureusement devient un peu vétuste '' salle de bain , douche , et manque un peu d'ustensiles a l'intérieur '' aussi non rapport qualité prix top . Et j'y retournerai dans problèmes ...

Sejour tres agreable

Entre mer et lagune, la vue était à coupé le souffle.Loge dans la partie Appart Hôtel non rénovée, je conseille de demander la vue lagune (coucher de soleil magnifique)..Les équipements sont sommaire mais largement suffisant pour le séjour au vue de l' offre dont nous avons bénéficié. La literie est impeccable. Situation des petits commerces et de la plage idéal..Petit bémol sur la propreté..le ménage semble être fait par les anciens locataires et juste réajuste par l' hôtel..un peu limite selon le prix réglé..De plus l' hôtel, donc les salles de petits déjeuners, piscine sont selon les résidences situées entre 100 et 500m de l'hôtel ... peut être à préciser pour certains clients..

Sterk verouderd

De plek is prima. Dicht bij het strand en lekker rustig. Maar, de accommodatie voldoet niet aan de verwachtingen die door de foto's op de website worden gewekt. De foto's zijn misleidend. De inrichting is -sterk verouderd en daarom oogt het niet schoon. De prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding is niet goed.

accueil parfait ,mais apres que de probleme pas de wifi ,pas de climatisation comme annonce sur votre site.tout est casse en mauvais etat humide.je suis parti 4 jours apres sans avoir aucune compensation ,ni de l hotel ,ni de vous meme malgre mes nombreuses reclamations....

les portes fenêtre il se ferme pas en toute securite ( trace de forcement ) sale de bain trop petite. fort odeur dans les toilettes, manque de mini-kit ménager ( il y a 3 ans il existe bien ), manque de place de parking pour certaine appartements. pas de connexion WIFI dans les appartements.
