"When I arrived at 2:30 room was not ready. after I got in my room at3:00 TV did not work. I went to front office and was told service people needed to fix the service. "Room was just okay. Wasnt renovated like the other floors. Beds were very hard & uncomfortable. Very small for a family of 4. A/C worked okay. TV was weird. Started the channels with 72 i believe. No safe or Ice machine working on any of the floors which was a big downfall. I may give them 1 more ..."
