A very handy location and a well maintained property. Location is a 5 min walk to the slopes and nearby restaurants and shops. We rented a 6 person room for 2 adults. This worked well as it meant we had 2 bathrooms, though it meant we had more to clean before we left. The living space was very generous. The staff were very accommodating and helpful.

Pire expérience, nous avons été obligé de louer un autre hôtel car celui-ci nous a laisser à la porte de l’établissement. En effet nous avons reçu un mail indiquant les horaires pour réceptionner notre chambre, et une fois arrivé à l’hôtel nous sommes restés dehors au froid 👍

Bon séjour

Points forts de cette résidence sont : - Piscine couverte et chauffée (et même en août ce n’est pas du luxe car il peut faire parfois assez frais) - Billard dans la salle commune - Sauna de 4 places - Salle de sport complète - Personnel en majorité sympathique et à l’écoute - Studio spacieux, même si l’agencement aurait pu être mieux. Le côté cuisine-salle à manger est grand mais pas exploité (pas de canapé par exemple) - Très bien située dans la station Points négatifs ou à revoir sont : - Manque de transats et d’une manière plus générale d’espace « détente » autour de la piscine - Les jours fériés et mercredis il n’y a pas de personnel (et donc pas de sauna qui doit être réarmé toutes les 6 ou 8 heures). Nous n’avions pas de sèche-cheveux dans l’appartement et l’absence de personnel ces jours-là a eu pour conséquence que nous n’avons pu l’avoir que le jeudi alors que nous l’avions réclamé dès le mardi. - Plus de désinfectant dans les parties communes en milieu de séjour (y compris dans la salle de sport) - L’insonorisation est dans la moyenne de ce qui se fait dans ce type de résidence - Pour l’hiver, attention, certains appartements sont au nord et donc très peu ensoleillés, voire pas du tout (arbres très proches des balcons) - La table à disposition sur le balcon était rouillée et rendait donc son utilisation impossible En conclusion, d’une manière générale nous recommandons cette résidence même si certains points sont à améliorer comme j’ai pu le détailler plus haut.

In estate la struttura permette piacevoli escursioni a piedi e in mountain bike. La piscina riscaldata, la micro sauna e la sala gym sono aperte dalle 10 am alle 8pm, La pulizia delle camere dei letti delle stoviglie etc viene fatta dall'ospite precedente quindi prima del check out tutto deve essere perfettamente pulito ed in ordine. Il personale della struttura esegue una verifica congiunta. Consiglio quindi di lavare tutto accuratamente prima di utilizzarlo.

Half term skiing

Arrived late, but an arrival pack had been left out for us so that we could get into our apartment without delay. Bedrooms were small and lacked storage space, so we lived out of our suitcases, 2 of which had to stay in main living area. Ensuite bathroom very small. Other toilet smelled of cigarette smoke, coming from somewhere, perhaps via the fan (?). Couldn't really swim in the swimming pool as it was very small and crowded, but it was good to have the sauna and pool as an option to freshen up after a day's skiing. Worth noting that there is no changing facilities at the pool though. Didn't really see any staff, so difficult to comment on them. Easy walk to the ski slopes however, and the proximity to the road was not an issue. Reasonably clean and comfy enough. Kitchen facilities fine. Satisfactory overall, but would probably look elsewhere if we go back to Serre Chevalier.

résidence très bien située à côté des commerces, du téléphérique et de toutes les activités. On peut donc se passer de voiture pendant plusieurs jours ! Les équipements - piscine, sauna, billard, fitness, sont très appréciables (quand les enfants ne prennent pas la petite piscine pour une piscine municipale ...), les apparts sont beaux, fonctionnels et cleans mais minuscules pour 4 personnes (30 m2), les apparts situés à l'arrière sont calmes mais très sombres, le personnel est d'une extrême gentillesse et toujours là pour rendre service et être à notre écoute, je les remercie encore une fois.

Bon challenge

Nous étions la pour le challenge des moniteurs. Nous avons adoré la proximité avec les télé cabines. L'accueil au top avec une bonne ambiance entre les autres chambres Si je reviens a Serre Che je reviendrai dans cette résidence avec plaisir !
