「The place was great and clean parking could have been better but great place to stay」

「This is the first time my family and I have used a place such as this for vacation and it was a pleasant experience. The security was superb, and we loved the layout of the apartment. The only thing we would recommend is getting an ac unit for the living room, because when JA is hot AND humid, oh me oh my. We are planning to go back soon and we definitely will be staying there again if it's available. 」

「This property was simply amazing. The apartment was very clean, beautiful patio, breathe taking view, excellent amenities, concierge, security. The owner provided amazing communication and provided us with transportation contacts which made the stay much easier. this was by far the best experience I have had while traveling. Only a short distance away is a plaza with a convenience store, restaurants, clothing, etc」

「I got an email the day before my check in, that the property will not be ready and an alternative accommodation, which I was not interested in. I asked for a refund so i could make a new reservation. They responded that they will try to fix the problem and let me know by the day of the reservation, which made me uncomfortable. And the day of the reservation I was advised that the problem was fixed, however the apartment was not available to check in until after 5pm, as the cleaners were there....
