「The property is surrounded by lush greenery with a large pool that creates a relaxed, stress free enviornment. The beach is less than a 5 min walk - white sand and crystal blue water. Old Fort Bay is AMAZING to say the least. However the villa is in need of a fresh coat of paint and a good cleaning. There was a bug issue in the kitchen. 」

「I never got to stay at this property, although my credit card was billed to stay at this property. I was redirected to another motel (Sandcastle Resort) in the area due to no availability. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival. Spiders and cobwebs were in every common area, which shows no one did the basic cleaning and upkeep. There was no running water every day from 12am-2pm! I couldn't shower or...

「Accommodation was clean, comfortable and modern. Amenities such as an elevator could be installed as climbing stairs to the 3rd floor with luggage is as challenging as descending especially when it rains. 」

「The staff at this hotel is very unhelpful and I had a 2 hour wait to be checked in. They couldn't find my reservation and wouldn't make an effort to find me a room. I finally begged for my money back ans only then the found room for me. The hotel is in an amazing location. Walking distance to waterfalls and steps feom the beach. Walking distance to good food as well.」

「We liked that it was within walking distance to so many restaurants and shops! Loved the rooftop terrace! The only thing that would have made it better is a table and chairs! There were 3 of us and only 2 lounge chairs! We had to carry a dining room chair up the spiral staircase! We turned a trash can over to use as a table! The host was very helpful.」
